Terms and conditions – School Tours

Notes regarding tour prices:

• All tours include 2 free teachers for every 55 learners.
• All prices are valid for a minimum of 55 learners per bus.
• Any less participants requires a new quote.
• Maximum of 60 persons per bus.
• We only use buses with VALID registration papers.

Tour Price:

Prices are valid for specified periods. All prices are subject to adjustment in the event of change in VAT, fuel price or price increases by service providers. Once full payment has been received, no adjustments will be made to a tour price.

Deposits:

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable upon confirmation of your reservation.
• The balance is payable 30 days before departure.

Cancellations:

Must be made in writing and will be effective on the date of receipt in our offices. Cancellation fees will be levied as follows:

• More than 30 days prior to departure. – any costs already incurred.
• 30 Days or less to departure – Costs already incurred + 20 % of tour price.

Tour prices include as specified on each itinerary:

• Transport
• Meals
• Accommodation
• Entrance fees

Tour prices exclude:

• Air fare on the Gauteng / Durban tour
• Own account items on itinerary
• Any items not specified

Breakage:

Schools will be billed for any costs incurred for repairs of damages or breakage caused by learners or teachers.

Acceptance:

Booking a tour will be deemed to be acceptance of all terms and conditions.
